You can help a child whom is orphaned, abandoned, or whose parents are too poor to provide more than the bare necessities of life.ANGELCARE"s Child Sponsorship Program combines assistance of an individual child with family assistance, community development, and regular communications from the child you sponsor. ANGELCARE provides intervention in the early, formative years with parental education and guidance.
ANGELCARE offers assistance with food, nutritional supplements, medical, and dental care, and education from pre-school through 9th grade.
The choice is yours; you can choose to sponsor a boy or a girl child from Eastern Europe, Africa, Latin America, or Southeast Asia.
Sponsors receive a case history on their child, a photo, information on the child's family, and are encouraged to correspond as often as they like. Communication is essential to our program.
We offer two plans for sponsorship. $25.00 per month covers the cost of sponsoring one child's life with food, clothing, housing, health care, and an education. If you prefer to co-sponsor a child, $12.50 will be added to another angel's co-sponsorship. Together, you provide these basic human needs to a needy child. To control costs, sponsors are urged to use automatic payments from their bank or credit card.
Your $25.00 per month is used to provide for more than just your child's needs. A portion of the monthly contribution is used to provide medical care, community development projects, and for emergencies that occur in the group. If you send an extra monetary gift to your child for any occasion, 100% of your special gift goes to the child and family. The family and the local staff decides how the funds are used. A small portion is used to provide for ANGELCARE's overhead and fund-raising costs. That portion has averaged between 5% - 8% over the last 10 years.

ANGELCARE can offer these children support because they are part of the Angelcare Project Community.
There are many other child-sponsorship organizations much larger than ANGELCARE. Although our projects operate on a much smaller scale, we cannot go into a community and offer assistance to some children and ignore the others. This means there are always children waiting to be sponsored.
They are being supported by ANGELCARE's Special Fund until a sponsorship is arranged.
This fund always needs contributions. Making a one-time or periodic gift to this fund is a wonderful way to be an Angel to these needy children.
